- Contact your local training officer for the availability of homeland security grant funding to support this training, your State/Agencies funding approval may take some time.
- DHS requires overseas travel to be approved on a case by case basis and you must apply for the training 120 days before departure date with your State OHS.

- State, local and National Guard participants in state programs may be eligible to use components of the Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP), namely UASI, SHSP and FY 2007 and prior LETTP funds. In FY 2008 the Law Enforcement (LETTP) activities have been integrated into the UASI and SHSP programs.
- You must have a valid US passport which expires on a date which is later than six months after you depart from Israel.

Refunds: Applicants found ineligible for security clearance reasons will receive a full refund. All other applications are nontransferable and nonrefundable.
Cancellation Terms: If you cancel 2 months before a tour / training you will receive your tuition minus 25%, if you cancel within 6 weeks of a tour / training you will recieve your tuition minus 40%, if you cancel within 1 month of training you will receive 50% of your tuition, if you cancel within the last 4 weeks before training no refund will be given.
